In the middle class classroom, the teacher plays the piano again and again. Let the children practice a nursery rhyme with the rhythm of the piano and the voice of the teacher. Singing and singing, the children are tired. They start chatting in three or three places, which makes the teacher very headache.
The guide to learning and development for children aged 3-6 points out that the key to children's learning in the field of art lies in creating sufficient conditions and opportunities, allowing children to germinate their feelings and experiences of beauty in nature and social and cultural life, enriching their imagination and creativity, guiding children to learn to feel and discover beauty with heart and soul, and expressing and creating beauty in their own way. Therefore, how to play music teaching, how to adapt to children's nature, how to guide children to feel and express themselves, has become our research topic.
In order to let children get rid of the rigid learning methods, to sense the sound and express the music in a subtle way, we designed a three-stage music game in a stair like way to make the process of music learning as interesting as possible and meaningful at the same time.
Knock for sound
In the early morning, the children came to the bamboo grove to hear the wind blowing "sand and sand"; beside the pool, they opened the water pipe to hear the running water "clattering"; after the rain, they stepped on a piece of water flower with their bare feet "clattering"; in the orchard, they picked a leaf and blew it casually, which was so squeaky that they could hear it; beside the slide, two children shouted "Hello, hello" to the slide. There are all kinds of life tools hanging around the thatched cottage. After children's skillful graffiti, a lovely "dingdong cottage" was born. The children picked up twigs and sticks, knocked on the lid of the pot, soup bowl, iron bucket, milk powder can and spoon. Their voices were different.
Our park has a spacious outdoor space. In line with the concept of "moving nature into the kindergarten and building a large classroom without roof", we have opened up "Dong Dong choking stakes", "Ding Dong hut" and "Duo Lai Mi square". The rich living materials in the courtyard provide suitable support for children's independent play. Outdoor play arouses children's interest in sound and cultivates their sensitivity to sound. The children found that there were many sounds in the original life, such as pots and pans, bottles, cans and other materials would make sounds, and they were different. Slowly, they began to explore different materials, different strength, hitting different positions, and began to appreciate their high, low, long and short sounds.
Random tapping is the first stage of the stepped music game designed by us. The main purpose is to let children feel the sound. Only when the exploration of different sounds is regarded as a special topic, children will consciously pay attention to the sound, feel the sound and distinguish the sound, which is actually the first step of music learning. The process of beating at will seems to be random and lack of rules and regulations, but it allows children to germinate the most primitive musical sensibility.
Find rhythm in play
On the grass, "Dong Dong, Dong Dong", the children follow the rhythm of the small drum to imitate the small animals. When the drum is slow, the elephant walks, and when the drum is fast, the rabbit jumps. In the yard, the teacher and the children sat on the ground and played the game of passing stones with the music. The children are fascinated by the clear and melodious percussion, the orderly rhythm and the tacit transmission. The old keyboard in the doll's house attracted the children's attention, and they competed to be typists. Their little hands were beating excitedly on the keyboard, sometimes in a hurry, sometimes slowly, enjoying it very much. The teacher seized the children's interest, invited the old keyboard into his music activity, selected the music "typewriter", designed the image rhythm map, and guided the children to tap the keyboard according to the music rhythm. In the laughter, children know the rhythm and emotion of music, and can even express themselves according to the rhythm.
Children's initial musical experience and exploration are ignorant and vague, but still important. Teachers follow children's interests and infiltrate different music rhythms into activities. Under the guidance of teachers, children show different actions and forms along with the rhythm, and gradually achieve the consistency between actions and music rhythms. This process can help children perceive the rhythm of music more systematically and clearly, thus forming a relatively stable sense of rhythm. This process is the transition link between children's perception of sound and relatively professional music learning. It is also the second stage of our music game design.
Playing music with game cards
When children have the initial perception of different sounds, and can recognize the rhythm, our music games can reach the third stage of relative professional.
Children are born artists, how to meet their needs of creating with musical instruments? The traditional music score teaching is obviously not suitable for children in kindergarten. According to the age characteristics of children, we try to change the music scores they don't know into games that they can understand and play. "Duolaimi square" is the favorite game world of Daban children. There are standard pitch pipe instruments here. We use 7 colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, blue and violet to correspond to 7 basic tones of doraemi, mark the instrument with colored dots, and then design some color game cards to identify the game cards. Children can play familiar songs such as "little star", "I love my kindergarten" and so on. At the same time, we also set up a blank game card to meet the needs of children's creation. They can improvise and record on the game card with different colored dots.
"Twinkle, twinkle and crystal, the sky is full of little stars". Several children held a concert under the persimmon tree. They played musical instruments, improvised performances, played freely and enjoyed the music. Although the children don't know the music, let alone professional music, they have already begun to unconsciously conduct music field exercises. In a relaxed, happy and stress-free situation, children are full of interest, expression and concentration, listening, distinguishing, expressing and creating these musical qualities have developed unconsciously.
The music game in the courtyard has broken the predicament of music teaching, and really realized the combination of teaching with music and nature. Since the development of the game, children have been enlightened by music in a subtle way. They have developed a sense of music and rhythm, and improved their musical sensibility, expressiveness and creativity. Teachers and parents' educational concepts have also changed. They have learned that learning music is not only a way of "hard practice". In fun and interesting games, children can also learn music.
